A bigger world hidden within this world…

Me: “how do i play this game?”
Bro: “just click on the ground to walk, click on the monsters to attack them.”
Me: “okay”
That’s the last conversation that I had when I was still a lummox kiddo on MMORPG’s.
The world of Lineage II is a war-torn land spanning two continents, where trust and betrayal clash as three kingdoms vie for power. The young king Raoul has successfully quenched a civil war and established the newest kingdom, Aden. Elmore, the military superpower located in the northern part of the continent, boasts that it is a direct descendent of ancient Elmoreden kingdom. Gracia, located across the ocean on the west, is currently embroiled in a chaotic battle among blood relatives trying to take over the throne. These kingdoms share a delicate balance of power; however, within each kingdom they are vulnerable to internal strife, as each manor has strong desire for self-rule.
You have been thrown into this chaos. However, unlike the ordinary people who pray each day for safety, you have the power to protect yourself. In Lineage II, developing a character is not an end in itself. Rather, it is your instrument to obtain the power to enforce your will in this world. Seize your destiny! Your own hand will write the history of this world.
Playing this game back then was a prelude of excitement, this game made a quarter of quarter in my life, it gave me so much fun and happiness. I played this game with my friends and my siblings, we form a party together and slay stray monsters in the outskirts of time, even in the field or forests to gain experience, and to be strong.

The world of Lineage 2 was very amazingly vast and well done by its game creators, strolling in different regions of the Elmoreden empire feels like as if you are your character and totally taken by the digital wonders of that world, as you step your two feet in the meadows of Gludin and Gludio, hearing those violins and cello play at talking island, breathing the newbie air in the village, instilled by the feeling that you are still a newbie, as the outer world awaits you and pre-endows you opportunities and challenges.

Talking Island (Home of the Humans) - A small village in a small island, tucked away from the harm of mainland Aden.

Elven Village (Home of the Elves) - a tranquil refuge for elves, as they are embraced by the elven mother tree.

Dark Elven Village (Home of the Dark Elves) - A dreary and dark cave, the dark elves treat it as their shelter after the elves cursed them to be blind and vulnerable to sunlight.

Orcish Village (Home of the Orcs) - a fortress and at the same time, village for the fierce, brutish and mighty orcs that resides on the Immortal Plateau.

Dwarven Village (Home of the Dwarfs) - a tiny village on the northern mountain range reaches of elmore empire, a relaxing and joyful village for the dwarfs

Kamael Village (Home of the Kamael race) - isolated on the secluded shores of the Isle of Souls, far to the west of the Dark Elven Village, where it lay hidden from the rest of the world for eons.
